World-Class Reefer is a steam trade ship available in Docklands DLC. After reaching the highest exporter level with any good, Captain Tobias offers a chain of quests, which at the end rewards the player with a unique item, allowing to construct World-Class Reefers at any Steam Shipyard located in range of a Harbourmaster's Office with that item equipped.
World-Class Reefer has a unique trait - when travelling between regions it is twice as fast as normally. Without any other speed bonuses, between regions it moves with the speed of 22.0, which makes it a particularly good ship for interregional transportation of goods and items.
