The Queen is a non-player character (NPC) in Anno 1800 and is commonly referred to as "Her Majesty".
She plays a side role in the Campaign and is most of the time represented by Sir Archibald Blake.
She is also the only player to which you can sell your island shares. If the shares are from an AI owned island they will eventually buy them again from the Queen.

The Queen appears to be based on Queen Victoria.
