Technician Shelter is one of the Residences available in The Arctic, which requires The Passage DLC. It cannot be placed directly, it is acquired by upgrading an Explorer Shelter which has all its basic needs fulfilled - the upgrade costs 4 tons of Timber. As long as it is connected to the Trading Post it can provide housing for the Technicians. Fulfilling needs of residences can increase the technician population and their workforce, heat, and income they generate.
