Special Scrap is a Construction Material, available in
Sunken Treasures DLC. It can be obtained by diving with the Salvager (in any region) or by buying it passively from Old Nate (only in Cape Trelawney).

Special Scrap is a Construction Material, but unlike most of the materials it cannot be produced by the player. Its primary use is to craft special items at Old Nate's workshop in Cape Trelawney.
