Sea Mines are Drop Goods, which are assigned to the Construction Material group, available in 
Empire of the Skies DLC. By default, they can be produced in the Old World or the New World.

Sea Mines are Drop Goods that can be used to damage enemy ships.
Expeditions[]
Sea Mines can be used during expeditions, they grant 15 bonus points to hunting skill per 50 tons.
Trade[]
Sea Mines can be passively sold for 6240
or purchased for 15600 per ton. No neutral trader buys or sells Sea Mines for a special price.
Production[]
Sea Mines are produced in a Sea Mine Factory from 
Copper, 
Dynamite and 
Steel. All basic production chains for Sea Mines are shown below:
