The Pirate Frigate is the Pirate variant of the 
Frigate, as the name suggests. Like all Pirate ship variants, it features 25% higher attack speed and 20% increased movement speed. Because of this, it stands out as the fastest (sailing) ship in the game, able to reach a movement speed value of over 30 when equiped with the strongest speed-increasing Items and sailing with the wind.
How to obtain[]
The Pirate Frigate will be one of the random ships which can appear for purchase from the bases of the Pirate AI characters after reaching a trade agreement with them.
Alternatively, the player can construct the Pirate Frigate after obtaining the legendary ship specialist item Petra Piper, Fashioner of Pirate Frigates and placing it into a Harbourmaster's Office within range of their shipyard. This item can be rarely obtained from Rescue Expeditions, or from completing quests for Carl Leonard von Malching, or as flotsam from destroying ships belonging to Carl Leonard von Malching.
