The Oil Tanker is a steam ship built exclusively for the transport of Oil between islands. In order to supply multiple 
Power Plants on an island, even if the island has an oil field, one or more Oil Tankers on routes may be necessary.
Oil tankers have no item slots thus none of their characteristics can be improved that way. However their speed can be improved by the Trade Influence Bonus.

Union Update 3 (June 5, 2019 - Mercier Update):
- Now sold by Archibald Blake.
- Now sellable, like all other ship types.
- Can now properly be loaded and unloaded manually via the trade menu.
Game Update 5 (September 10, 2019):
- Purchase price increased from 60k
to 300k - Selling proceeds increased from 60k to 150k
