Increases island storage for oil.

Oil Store is an Infrastructure and Harbour Building which increases island's oil storage capacity by 200 tons. It can be built in the Old World (and Cape Trelawney) and the New World. With  Bright Harvest DLC it can also be built in Enbesa. It requires free harbour area, does not need any road connection. Multiple oil stores can be built within any harbour area of an island to significantly increase its oil storage capacity.
