114 Skyscraper's (60 Level 5 Investor and 54 Level 3 Engineer) all covered by Town Hall and Post Office. Other buildings would be built around the outside. The setup of the roads is very important as it ensures full coverage of electricity by a single Oil Power Plant as long as it's placed at the North or South Corners.
The Investor Skyscraper's all have Intense Panorama effect.
The Influence gain on HARD is 2 per Investor Skyscraper (120) and 1 per Engineer Skyscraper (54) for a total of 174. This value depends on your game settings.
The Level 3 Engineering Skyscraper's can be replaced with Level 4 Investor Skyscraper's for more Influence and Population if desired.
The layout can easily be scaled up if needed (see below).

Easy Engineers
So this city is a variant of the one Madaahk posted, it's a hybrid (Nature/Efficient) build mainly focused on reaching Engineers as soon as possible.
The city has full coverage of every service, it's not the most space effcient one (70%).
You should start by building the left half of the city, sustain it with the correct amount of farms (2). After you reached Workers on the inner square, you can start building the second half and upgrade them to Artisans.
This city won't make you alot of money.

Tier 5 City with Worlds Fair
A Tier 5 city layout with World's Fair. All houses are covered with full public services including electricity if all roads are upgraded to paved roads, although houses in the middle north and south has a slightly lower coverage of Fire Station. This layout is appliable on most big flat islands and technically expandable in the middle towards north and south if the shape of the island allows. Free spaces in four corners are designed for beautifying use but can also be utilized as spare residence area and can be upgraded to tier 3 due to the lack of electricity coverage. The cost of paved roads, railway tiles, residences upgrade and World's Fair construction is not included in construction cost.

Each module contains 449 investor skyscrapers completely covered by 4 town halls. Town halls' influence circles are tangent to one another to maximize the space efficiency. Some skyscrapers are taken out to make space for shopping arcades and public buildings at the center of the layout. These modules center around 3 shopping arcades with the department store at the center. The department store does not cover about 15 skyscrapers on the edge. This means one can not not upgrade them past level 1. The other 2 shopping arcades have the similar issues. Post offices at the corners are optional. They would not allow post offices to be placed on the adjacent modules because their influence circles would overlap.

City Design perfect for everybody :) If you are a starter it will easly help you to get to 10k of Investors (required for highest tier for World Fair exhibitions) It has designed space for ZOO, Museum and World Fair. You can expend ZOO and Museum more to south to fill empty space or palce Botanic Garden. Police Stations should be placed next to the Fire Stations in case of any Riots. :) And don't forget that it has Power plant in the center of the City that will Get electricity to your Citizens and also to the World's Fair :)

Cape Trelawney[]
Leiden Schaftlicht
Full layout of Crown Falls that I called Leiden Schaftlicht. Has 365 botanical modules and 50 museum modules to put all sets and give a maximum of attractiveness. All green tiles are trees or decorations that can be replaced by rails to add more oil powerplants if needed. White space is free for you to customize that layout. The palace can have up to 105 wings here, ensuring it can cover the whole island almost. Some public buildings like universities are kind of useless, except for aesthetics purpose. There are currently 99 decoration gardens from botanica DLC that are placed. Black lines are rail tracks. I didn't finished them to let you choose where to put the oil pier. I also didn't place the main warehouse for the same reason. I credit MaelstromByDesign for his incredible work on that crown falls borders map that I used. NOTE ABOUT GARDENS AND MUSEUMS : It is possible to put modules away from the main entrance by using the tiling from the entrance menu (icon on the left of the one to add modules). It will then act as if all modules were interconnected.

The Arctic[]

Shown are two variations upon the same design.
Upper design is suitable for Explorers. The lower design has a post office added, making the entire design suitable for Technicians.
Player can choose whether to use the upper or lower placement of Arctic Lodges, regardless of population class. Placement of the twin Arctic Lodges on the lower design covers the most houses (54 out of 76, each covering 27), but the upper design places more house within the singular Arctic Lodge's Radius (41 out of 76).
Either way, the author doesn't consider the placement of Arctic Lodges as too crucial within this region's residential areas.
King Williams Island
Full needs layout for the King William Island in the Arctic (The Passage DLC) with 153 houses with full production chain (except for Seal Skins). Only 4 Heaters and Charcoal Klins in total. 11 houses (light cyan) have Canteen need fulfilled with 85% (9/10 residents).
