Care Packages are Drop Goods, which are assigned to the Construction Material group, available in 
Empire of the Skies DLC. By default, they can be produced in the Old World or the New World.

Care Packages are Drop Goods that can be used to increase population's happiness and lower riot chances.
Trade[]
Care Packages can be passively sold for 8000
or purchased for 20000 per ton. No neutral trader buys or sells Care Packages for a special price.
Production[]
Care Packages are produced in a Care Package Factory from 
Canned Food, 
Chocolate and 
Schnapps. All basic production chains for Care Packages are shown below:
